Booking Hunt
It is your responsibility to contact the Illinois Department of Natural Resources at 217-782- 7305 for fees and deadlines. Archery hunters must call in June and gun hunters must call in July to obtain permits.
Steps to book your hunt
- Contact Heartland Whitetails at heartlandwhitetails.ss@gmail.com or 309-371-3825 to check for week availability.
- Complete and mail the Goods & Services Sheet to confirm details of your hunt. All hunters must complete this sheet.
- Hunts will not be guaranteed without a deposit. Pay the $500 deposit by:
- Mailing a check and money order with your "Goods & Services" sheet to Heartland Whitetails, 299 140th Street, Avon, IL 61415
- Print, complete, and send the Hunting Agreement & Liability Waiver to Heartland Whitetails L.L.C., 299 140th Street, Avon, IL 61415. All hunters must complete this.
- Make future payment arrangements for $1000 due on or before April 1 and the remainder of the balance due on or before August 1.
